Refund and Return Policy

At Omamori Spirit, we personally acquire each omamori from a shrine in Japan on your behalf. These items are considered sacred and are not traditionally subject to returns once they have been prepared and shipped. For this reason, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy.

Policy Exceptions

We can only make an exception to our policy for returns, cancellations, or exchanges if the item you receive is not as expected. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@omamorispirit.com if your item is:

• Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

• Damaged on arrival

• Defective

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photographs of the product and its packaging.

 

European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, as per EU law.

To qualify for a return under this law, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must notify us by email at info@omamorispirit.com with your proof of purchase to begin the return process.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must arrive back in Japan in its original condition.

 

Processing Refunds

If your return request is approved for one of the reasons mentioned above, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of notification. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
