Refund and Return Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

At Omamori Spirit, we personally acquire each omamori from a shrine in Japan on your behalf. These items are considered sacred and are not traditionally subject to returns once they have been prepared and shipped. For this reason, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges<\/b> policy.

Policy Exceptions<\/b><\/h3>\n

We can only make an exception to our policy for returns, cancellations, or exchanges if the item you receive is not as expected. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery<\/b> at info@omamorispirit.com<\/b> if your item is:<\/p>\n

    To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photographs of the product and its packaging.<\/p>\n

    European Union Customers<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period<\/b>, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt<\/b> without providing a reason, as per EU law.<\/p>\n

    To qualify for a return under this law, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging<\/b>. You must notify us by email at info@omamorispirit.com<\/b> with your proof of purchase to begin the return process.<\/p>\n

    Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must arrive back in Japan in its original condition.<\/p>\n

    Processing Refunds<\/b><\/h3>\n

    If your return request is approved for one of the reasons mentioned above, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days<\/b> of notification. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.<\/p>\n
